Tracker are useless

I checked on the Tracker website to see where my vehicle was parked as it had been wrong previously.<br> 1. the vehicle number was incorrect<br> 2. the location was incorrect<br> 3. I had the tracker removed from my previous vehicle and installed in my new vehicle in April 2015.<br> 4. I have complained previously about incorrect locations.<br> 5. they now want a service fee R550.00 to come and replace their faulty transponder.<br> 6. their excuse is there is only a 3month warrantee when the unit changed vehicles.<br> 7. I complained previously before the 3months had elapsed and they said they would reset it.<br> 8. I no longer want their Tracker as it is unreliable.<br> 9. I refuse to pay a cancellation fee because of their faulty equipment.<br> 10. I would dissuade anyone from doing any dealings with Tracker.<br> 11. I have paid my monthly subscriptions even though my Tracker is not working.<br> 12. So now if my vehicle was ****** they would not be able to find it.
