Tracker are bullies and a ****!

This company is the worst a tracker I didn't request was installed in my car at the vw dealership was installed. I asked them to cancel it in June and yet they are still debiting me saying because they cannot get ahold of me to complete the cancelation they will continue to debit me. I have sent multiple mails saying I did not request the service and I want this canceled. When I call the number they said I must call I cannot get through to the correct department and I keep getting routed to sales. These guys are a ****! Please cancel this thing I do not need it !
