TRACKER ARE *******!

I had a Tracker fitted to two of my cars 15 years and then 10 years ago. Last month they debited my bank account. I phoned a week ago since I was penalized for not having money in my bank account. The lady gave me her e-mail address after she confirmed that there were no cars on my profile and I mailed her. I followed up. Started getting nasty. No reply. So I phoned in again, a week later. Had to tell my whole story again. They will now investigate, it will take three to seven days and they will let me know. No contact person, contact number, reference number. I must maar sit and wait and pray that someone contacts me. Phone again after seven days. F*ck the POPI act! YOUR PERSONAL DETAIL IS NOT SAFE WITH TRACKER! THEY ARE ******! Check their rating. It seems that they do not have an open book when it comes to ensuring your personal information is safe.
