Tracker and Old Mutual Iwyze insurance
Good afternoon My name is Bukiwe Nyangane, I previously held car insurance with Old Mutual iWYZE. A few months after taking out the policy, I was contacted by Tracker, who informed me that they would be installing a tracking device in my vehicle.
I asked them who would be responsible for the payment, as I did not have money to cover such costs. Tracker assured me that the installation was part of my insurance package and included in my monthly premium. I further asked what would happen if I cancelled my insurance, and they confirmed that the tracker service would also be cancelled.
To my surprise, I have now received an email from Blake and Associates stating that I owe Tracker money. I immediately contacted them and made it clear that I am not going to pay, as I do not owe Tracker anything.
I therefore request that Tracker retrieve the recording of the initial agreement so that all parties can be satisfied and the matter can be resolved fairly.
We are in receipt of your query and would like to thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention. It is our intent to help you reach a prompt resolution of this matter. We will revert to you shortly. Tracker Connect

He contacted me during working hours while I was in a noisy class, which made it difficult to follow the conversation properly. If there was a binding contract, it should have been provided to me at the time of installation so that I could read and understand the terms and conditions.
I cancelled the insurance in 2023, and there was complete silence from your side until the end of 2025, when I was suddenly handed over to lawyers. This conduct amounts to daylight *******, as I was never properly informed nor given the opportunity to review the contractual obligations.
