Tracker and Norman Bissit absolutely useless

We went under Debt Review and was forced to change bank accounts, I forwarded them an email giving them the new banking details. They never changed it and and proceeded to just Handover the account to Norman Bissett without any written notification. I explained to them that we cannot pay 4 months installment in one go can they either come and remove the units or alternatively prolong our contract so that we can just carry on with our normal installment. They caused this they must fix it or I will get zomeone to remove the units ans drop it at their front door. Now i am being harrased by Norman Bisset that dont understand that I am working in a call centre and am not allowed calls dueing working hours then some idiot phones me at the worst possible time and cant even pronounce my surname, I AM FED UP YOU ARE PATHETIC
