Tracker and Nimble

I called tracker and spoke to a lady regarding a problem of an account that was canceled however for some reason Nimble has listed the account, she said the account was canceled and Nimble was never given the account, she was searching for a letter I am meant to receive as proof when she then cut my call whilst I was on hold.

I called back to find out what happened and I connected to another consulted by the name of Nombulelo if memory serves me correct. I wonder if she is in training or just doesn't know her job, not only did she lie about what the 1st consultant told me, she started telling me we cannot have the proof of what was said yet the line is recorded and she also refused to transfer me to the lady I had spoken to just less than 5mins ago.

I have never seen service like this. Imagine I am buying a car and they want to install tracker in it and I have already experienced this service... It is embarrassing to say the losy
