tracker allows stalker to get my address

My husband's psychotic ex wife was trying to get our address so she reported him missing. She then contacted tracker and spoke to Nomsa. She was not asked any security questions. Claimed she was me, gave an id number and cell phone number that did not match mine and Nomsa still activated the retrieve on my vehicle. This woman then pitched up at my house threatening to kidnap my children. I have been a tracker customer since 2011 and pay for this service for my family's safety not to have them endangered due to *********** call center staff.
