Tracker Alert system not working

Am writing this mail in conjunction with the tracker Alert Device that was installed in my car on Wednesday 11th March 2015 , but to up to date is not working. I tested the device as instructed by the guy who installed it the following day and I dint receive message nor call.<br> <br> I tried to call your call centre number of times but they keep on telling me that the device is working and they sending sms to wring contact , they will update until today am not getting any sms.<br> <br> Yesterday I spoke to Shaun the manager and he promised to investigate and call me yesterday, Unfortunately am still waiting for his call.<br> <br> what a poor service from Tracker and very disappointed, I just want them to come and uninstall their device from my car but no one is willing to help.<br> <br>
