Tracker Agility Rip-Off
<p>To all holders of Tracker contracts: Please check your bank statements carefully. Tracker will in an underhanded manner deduct money from your account for services for which you did not sign up. They have fleeced me out of R348-00 in this manner. When you report the matter, their only response is that the matter will be "escalated" to the finance department, and that you "may" expect a response in 5-7 working days. I consider this theft and *****, as I never gave permission for this deduction. How can we trust such people with our vehicles??? Needless to say: you never get past the helpdesk when you try to speak to anyone in the management of the company. Like true ****** they remain in hiding. Damn ***ards. </p>
