Tracker again, staff play hide and seek games for over 8 months

Last week I gave feedback on how Tracker is going down the drain, at least administratively. Immediately, I received apologies and promises that they will correct their mistake. Since their promise, I have received sms's and emails demanding their payment despite confirmation on email and a letter that I don't owe them. I'm tired with apologies, all I need is someone who care to do their work. In the meantime, I am afraid to even check the damage to my name with credit bureau. Its Tracker for you.
