Tracker absolutely useless

Tracker is the most frustrating company ive ever dealt with, i installed a system in may 2023 in the first 2 days I had to return my vehicle as the system was not functioning. Within the next 2 months the system was again not functioning and a technitian came to my house to replace the system. Again 3months later the system was sending panic signals to tracker, and again I was notified that a technitian would come and fix it only this time nobody came and I received a mial O have to replace the battery on the remote. Today 04May2024 I decided I am going to test the panic button and to my surprize nobody phoned me, I then logged in to my tracker connect only to find out the system is again not working. I honed tracker to find out what is going on just to be told that they are not able to track my vehicle the technitian ( Lindiwe) informed me I have to drive around for a while and check if the system updates and the phone them back and supply them feedback on the status of the updates. Why am I paying a tracking company if this is the service I am receiving is absolutly pathetic, if I can give anyone advise please do not use them as they afe absolutly useless!!!
