Tracker- a bunch of ******- I wonder what have you been tracking for the past 18 years

<p>I have requested for a cancellation of my contract for one of my vehicles with tracker on the 18th May 2016. This was only attended on the 13th June 2016 when I was called by a consulatant by the name of Nesma. She advised me that the cancellation will only start counting from the 13th of June because it suited her that way. I was then sent a settlement invoice with R800 cancellation to pay for. this i had no problem with, however to my suprise i was still going to be debited for something I had cancelled. </p> <p>Nesma blatantly argued that they have been in contact with me regarding this issue. To date I am still waiting for a recording proving that and it was never sent to me.</p> <p>I went ahead and paid for the cancellation fee on the 17th June and I immediately got a call accusing me of using an incorrect reference number. the reference number used was on their invoice, did i perhaps create it out of my head maybe?</p> <p>Later on the same day I realised i had an email sent by the same incompeted Nesma with a cancellation letter dated that my contract will only be released on the 31July 2016??? I am baffled by the way trcker handles its business. Cherry on top was when I logged on to check my vehicles, the one in question was immediately wiped off????? what a ****???? does this mean I am no longer covered although the debit for June had gone off in May? Surely I should still be covered till the end of June????</p> <p>I'd like to tell the whole world that tracker is a bunch of croocks that are just behind collecting money and shows absolute no care of its customers in return. Make sure I do not get debited for anything extra as I have paid you in full and I regard this as cancelled. Your service is desgusting</p>
