Tracker

We had to install a early warning system because our insurance demand it. We received the keytag and programmed it. Tracker said they receive the signal on their side. We tested it a few times by leaving the tag at home and going to town with our vehicle . No call from tracker.! We phoned them almost now on a daily basis for 2 weeks. We also called an tracker agent in town she phoned head office a few times. They phoned us back but with no results. They say they see the vehicle moving with out the tag but why dont they call us or sms us. ?? They even said yesterday they phoned my wife. Nonsense! No calls or sms were ever received. !! We wasted time and minutes phoning the call centre. Our insurance broker is also trying from her side but its also not helping. We are clients of tracker for more than 10 years now with this early warning system i had a rude awakening. As soon as my contract end im finding a new tracking company.!! Im so dissapointed!
