TRACKER!!!
I have settled my tracker account and i received a paid up letter in this regards, yet when I log onto my transunion account it still states that my account is an arrears!! HOW CAN THAT BE. TRACKER has still not let transunion know that my account has been settled and thus affecting my credit score. I received the paid up letter on the 12 October 2015 and they said they will let ITC know and within 21 working days it would show paid up!! Guess what its been 4 months and it still reflects that I have an outstanding balance
