Tracker 18% p.a increase. Small print 'rip-off'
Tracker has 'rip-off' business practices e. A company to avoid. 18% p.a. increase for 2 vehicles together both insured at Outsurance.
3 Sep '15 email still not answered. Followed up - 23/9/2015 promised response . No answer up to now!
Been with Tracker many years. Never had to respond to incident.
I phoned early March 2015 - and had to battle for several days to get service in time. BAD BAD call centre! - BAD service experience.
Request Mar '15 was to transfer the Tracker from almost 4 year old with Tracker vehicle to new vehicle. Tracker started a new contract after assuring me that it will not be to my disadvantage. No written contract sent. Consumer Protection Act compliant?
Then Aug '15 letter with 18% increase. I wrote 18 Aug'15 to reject such increase far more than double rate of inflation.
The 'standard' unacceptable response from Ghitte Brand included:
\...refer to Section E4 ...attached Terms and Conditions. Because you were paying a discounted monthly fee
