Tracker

If anyone is considering having a Tracker fitted into their vehicle PLEASE DON’T. I have been with Tracker for many years however in December I had two of the top of the range units fitted each costing R199.00 per unit. In the past a panic button was hidden in the vehicle where only the driver knew where it was, and on activation an immediate call would come through to offer assistance. The new units now have a ridiculous remote and apparently now it is only road side assistance offered. The reason I fitted Tracker to my vehicles is for peace of mind when my daughter uses the car. This is no longer the case. Today I tracker one of our vehicles I know for a fact where the vehicle is but is shows that the car is going in the opposite direction to where it is. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. When I called Tracker at approximately 14:00 to question this I was told that they are having issues. Please then explain as to why 2 of my vehicles are where they are meant to be and shown correctly on Tracker but miraculously the third vehicle is unable to be tracked correctly.. DO NOT USE TRACKER
