Tracer taking advantage of pensioners.

I am writing this on behalf of my Dad, who is a pensioner and being taken advantage of by Tracker Connect, I am appalled by the treatment he has been receiving for the past 14 months, as he has been paying for their services since 2012, and about 14 months ago he was told that they cannot detect his cars' movements , and when he tried to follow up he was not given a straight answer as to why he is making payments to a company that cannot detect his vehicle's movements, when the sole purpose is for Tracker to monitor his vehicle's movements. He was then promised that a technician would come to have a look at why the tracking device is not working, which has still not happened to this day. He has stopped paying his monthly subscription, naturally, because why pay for services which you are not getting??? and he is now being sent to collectors, who are pestering him day and night, however his initial issue has still not been resolved. Someone from tracker needs to contact me to get this fixed because I will not let anyone take advantage of an old man in this way. He is not refusing to pay, what he is refusing, is to pay for a service which he is not getting, and there are no answers as to when the technician will come to check the device.. it has been 14 months already!!! COME ON TRACKER, TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A PENSIONER IS NOT ON!!!!!!!!!!
