I'm very disappointed with Tracker connect after after I join the company for 6years or more protecting my car, I dont have a car because of them. On the 28/01/21 I woke up to prepare for taking my wife to take her to work, when I look outside no more car in front of my house the car is no more to be found. I reported this matter to them and ask them how can my car can be ****** without the key? And how can they cannot notice when they remove the unit and they did not inform me when my car driven on a risk area. and why the didn't call me when all of those incidents happen? They used to call me when something happened in my car and even if I drove on the risk areas with out knowing. they continuing debiting my money for they useless tracker. I need them to bring back my car CA 936 252.
