Tow truck

How can you calculate the distance of towing via where the tow truck is coming to where the car is to the destination? As far as I know we calculate the distance between where the car is to the destination...so like after two months that's when I'm told that there's a payment that has to be made because of how they calculated lol...wooooow. can someone tell on which tracker has the best service I dont think ill continue with this while being unfairly treated... years of my loyalty to this
