Took the service out of customer service
Just had your consultant drop the phone in my ear. She was not interested in helping me at all. Truly the most appalling service I have ever experienced. You act like I am getting this service for free and not paying. If you do not want to assist clients just say so instead of making hundreds of excuses to pass the buck.
