This company is an absolute joke!

This company is an absolute joke! I got their Tracker Key Tag a few months ago by upgrading to their top package thinking I’d have some peace of mind, BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. I misplaced it and called their so-called customer care to report it, only to be met with a useless, pre-recorded message saying they don’t work on weekends. Seriously? What kind of security company isn’t available 24/7?

Fine, I drove my car without the Tag over the weekend, expecting at least a warning, an alert, SOMETHING. Guess what? NOTHING. No notification, no security response absolutely useless. On Monday, I finally got through to them, and their response? Oh well, if it’s lost, it’s lost they can't track their own key Tag. Are you kidding me?! No tracking, no assistance, just pathetic excuses.

So let me get this straight I’m paying R302,00 EVERY SINGLE MONTH for a service that doesn’t work, doesn’t alert me, and can’t even locate their own tracking device? If my car was ******, these clowns wouldn’t even know! This is beyond a **** this is negligence. Avoid this trash service at all costs!
