Think Twice Before Joing Them. Unreliable and Unprofessional

I did a transfer from old vehilcle to my new vehicle. I had book 3 times for the installation. On Tuesday I booked for Thursday morning, because I was collecting the new car Wednesday afternoon. On their side they decided to book me on that same tuesday. I called wednesday morning to correct this. They told me they booked me for Thursday morning. When I called this morning they told me I not booked. Bare in mind I booked Thursday morning because I have things to do. I don't am renewing my contract as soon as it ends. you guys are unreliable. Now I can't drive my car because it doesn't have a tracker. The consultants they so rude and they don't care.
