Think before engaging with Tracker.

What more can I say about this company. On 22 Sep 2023 I received confirmation letter from Moatisi Tale on a Tracker letter head that my contract will be cancelled 30 November 2023. (This person states in the mail that they have spoken to me over the phone that is also not true). Today I received an invoice from tracker for the month of December 2023 that Im liable to pay. My question is, they sent an official confirmation that my contract is cancelled. But yet they still invoice me for the month of December. I bet you that they will try to put the debit order through as well at the end of this month although they have no authority to do so. They will also try to give me a bad credit score all due to their incompetencey.

This is not my first complaint against this company. If you try to contact them via phone you get promises but no action or they just do not know how to assist you. I have to made a few complaints here on hello peter as this was the only way that i could get a reaction and feedback out of this company.

Think before you want to engage with this company. There are many other companies out there that provide the same products with better service delivery.
