They kept on debiting me knowing that my device wasn't working

They called me to tell me that my car has been stationery for the past 3 months.

I go to work with my car Mon-Fri so it didn't make sense to me. Only to find that my device hasn't been working at all. I asked them to bring out a technician 3 times but they never did. Till this day I'm still waiting for this technician and my account is still being debited. I'm so disappointed. 0 stars to Tracker.
