They don't care about you, only about your money

After tracker completely failed to contact me after a battery disconnection, they then called my emergency contact person but hung up the phone as soon as they answered which boils down to tracker not getting hold of me or my emergency contact, and they just left it, never to be heard from again, so in trackers minds it's completely okay for them to receive a battery disconnection signal, not get hold of any one and just leave the matter, I could've been hijacked, be in trouble and they just couldn't care, in my opinion if a signal is received and they could not get hold of any one, a team should've been dispatched to investigate but why do the trouble, I'm URGING anyone even thinking of installing tracker connect to PLEASE reconsider and look at other options, they don't get hold of you and they just leave it, like I said earlier, if they receive a signal and can't get hold of you something big could be wrong but they don't bother sending a team to investigate, LUCKILY in my case nothing was wrong otherwise I would be sitting without a car now
