They do not stick to their payment arrangement

They were very quick to fit the tracker devise but also quick to keep on deducting money, any date any amount. After sending them several e-mails. No response, just messages from lawyers. Then the lawyers try to deduct money from my personal account. Who give them the right to do that. As I said I would love to have the tracker but then they need to stick to the contract (that I never received) and payment arrangements. I do not want to speak to them over the phone they can contact me through e-mails so that I can have a paper trail. Because their recording is for them and not for the public unless you take out money to go to a lawyer. If they can sort out my account then I am willing to listen. They can not just do as they please. And then, please do not call their 24/7 help line, they can not help you, not even with a flat tire. I tried that one also.
