They are Useless

I made an agreement with tracker to pay the outstanding amount on my device which by the way was hijacked and they couldn't help me so i payed the amount and now i get a phone call from a sarcastic lady saying i still owe them money i will not pay anymore for a useless ******** company!!! I kept to the agreement made by me and tracker and now i get a sarcastic call to say otherwise???
