They are not cancelling after emails and phone calls!!!!!!!!!

They do not want to cancel our contract after days of fighting with them and about 1000 emails. Is there anyone there whom can read a ****** email?

We phoned about 8 times. Finally got our confirmation that the cover has been cancelled, we had to eft next month's payment in advanced ans you have to give a months notice.

We did all of that and now we are getting emails and sms's that says they can't reach us and the cover will go on indefinitely.

You are ****** vultures.

We already paid you and we have written emails saying our cover was cancelled for end of may 2025.

Can someone please that is in management give us an email to confirm? We are not answering our phones anymore as it doesn't help. You confirm it is cancelled then just go on with you sms and email saying its not and that you are going to debit.

What is it now?

Fix this ****** mess and cancel this cover forever
