Their slogan means nothing!!!
So I've had Tracker for over 5 years, never needed to use them. Yesterday, I was in a "High Risk" area, and they call me. I cancel the call by mistake, and they end up sending an sms, no attempt to call the alternate numbers or call me back.
Now, my question: what if I really was hijacked and the ******s took my phone, how would an SMS save my life? No attempts made to ensure that I'm safe? My wife drives my car with my family, what if she was in that situation? Yet, we pay for piece of mind? "To Care Is To Protect" my *R$€.
I've been paying for over 5 years now and I do not feel protected at all. I want my money bac****! So sad that I fitted a new unit into my wife's brand new car... I want that money back too!

I told them that that process is obviously flawed and the product does not perform to its intention... I told the agent that I would like an email confirmation stating what she telephonically told me, and I am still waiting.
