the worst tracking company

im on the skytrax package. on sunday my battery died, I pressed the panic button within 2 minutes of it dying. nobody from tracker called me to find out what was wrong. <br> <br> today I bought a new battery, when I removed my old one, nobody called to check if everything is ok.<br> <br> im paying money for a service that im not getting. its absolutely ridiculous. what if my car was really ****** or I was really getting hijacked??? but you will debit my account and charge me a cancellation fee for YOU NOT DOING WHAT I PAY FOR!! FOR WHAT YOU PROMISED!!!
