The unit and the CarWatch not working properly

The device on the car is malfunctioning and when you tell them that you need a technician they are saying that they will restart the development since 29/03/2021 I am having a problem n there are not willing to assist to customers satisfaction but come the end of the month they take the money but they are not rendering the services this is actually a *******,if u cancel the subscription they are telling me about a 36 months contract which I signed n I am liable to pay....which they do not want to take ownership that thy are device is faulty.i would like to cancel the subscription but I don't have the cancelation fee cause they are not willing to fix they are device.can some1 assist
