The most horrible, life threatening experience

I had the worst experience with Tracker connect, they installed a tracking device in my car without my consent or knowledge. After I discovered the device in my car, I called the company to find out who installed this device and whether it was still active. I spoke to Nicole Dlomo who told me she could not assist me as I was not the one who app**** for it. I asked to speak to the manager and was put on hold for more than 30mins. Nicole told me the manager would call me back, I'm still waiting for the call. I don't understand and why they can't give me any information on my car and why they installed their device without my consent. I fear for other South Africans, who will find themselves in the same predicament, where someone can track your vehicle without you knowing and they refuse to give you any information. This means that I could be tracked and hijacked because of this company.
