The Epitome of Useless is what you are!!!
What a useless company. You don't even deserve that star.
I've been following up on the installation of a device for nearly 4 months now. What bulls@#% is that? Calls go unanswered for hours. Will you even be able to retrieve any of your customers cars if ******.
The service consultant, Siphiwe Ndlovu, useless! No attention to detail, no follow through.

I was clear with your booking agent that I will not honour the installation appointment unless I have a resolution on the premium/invoice matter.
Once again, you've proven that this organization doesn't have its ducks in a row. Please ask whoever is coming tomorrow not to waste their time, I won't allow them to touch my vehicle.
Once you're serious about helping me you'll revert.
