I would like to express my sincere thanks to Tracker for their tremendous assistance when my LDV was ****** in Muckleneuk Pretoria, on the morning of 08/02/2021 at approximately 9.30 am. Notwithstanding the fact that I had cancelled my subscription about eight months previously, I contacted your emergency number, and my request was responded to with professional assistance. I spoke to your Mr. Malibonwe and explained my dilemma. He immediately explained what procedure he needs to follow in order to assist in the re-activation of the unit in the vehicle. He said he would call me back. Within five minutes he phoned and informed me that Tracker was going to respond. This was around ten o’clock and at eleven o’clock he phoned to tell me that my LDV had been recovered. I wish to applaud Mr Malibonwe for his professionalism and Tracker for excellent service above and beyond the parameters of normal business practise. Kind regards Mr J N Heyneke
