Terrible service from Tracker

I am so disappointed with Tracker. After so many years as their client and even recommending them for our fleet at work they unjustly suspended my account and notified me that my account is in active. They continued to bill me on the account they suspended unprovoked but not restoring my service. I asked them to write to me as they did when they suspended my account to let me know that my account is restored. To this day they never wrote back but just continued billing me. Now they have handed over my impeccable name to the lawyers to black list me. What a shame! When I call them they transfer me from desk to desk then drop me. If i am lucky I get a nicer consultant who promise me a call back which never comes. After chasing after them unsuccessfully for almost a year now this.
