Terrible service at Tracker

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I would actually give a -10. What a struggle to cancel my tracker. I've been a loyal customer for 11 years. I cancelled my tracker because I couldn't track my car once I tried. Apparently my car was stuck in Frederick street driving at 24km/h for about 4 hours. When I contacted tracker to find out why it is saying that (because I was actually looking at my car in my garage - I was only testing the tracker because my sister's car was ****** at our house a few weeks back) they said they will call me back on Monday. It did not happen and on Tuesday I cancelled my tracker because if they cannot even phone back a loyal customer of 11 years the first time you have a query, how will they go about to find your car if it actually got ******? So it has been months and I'm still struggling to get it cancelled. What a shame. I will not ever recommend tracker to anyone. Terrible service is an understatement.
