Terrible Service
Hesitant to award one star because not even that is deserved. Terrible service. Not even the 'retention consultant' is capable to assist. Very quick and efficient to install new units, no questions asked. BUT when it comes to additional queries, be prepared to be ignored completely. Be prepared to beg for service. Be prepared for endless phone calls and emails, just to be ignored. AND don't think you can log an official compliant, even with that there's no feedback, not even an acknowledgement.
