Terrible, disgusting and disrespectful service by Tracker Connect call centre agent

I received a call on 18 May 2022 from a very disrespectful call centre agent from Tracker Connect called Thaniel/Thaneel (didn't get his last name) with regards to my account. At the time of his call around 13h30pm I was at work and could not take his call. When I told him that I was unable to speak, he chose to ignore my request to call me back later and proceeded to request my DOB. I then said again that I was unable to speak and asked him to contact me at 16h00 to which he very rudely rep**** that if I did not speak to him then, he would contact me on my work number. I then asked him again to call me after 16h00 as I will be off work and able to speak then, he then said he'd call me exactly at 16h00. He phoned me back at 16h11, still with an attitude and unwilling to hear me out. I told him that I did not appreciate how he spoke to me and asked to be transferred to another operator while I waited but he put the phone down in my ear. I have dealt with numerous call-centre agents and I have never been made to feel so small and disrespected to a point where I want to cancel my contract my contract with Tracker and inform my family and friends to do the same. I had already received an invoice from Tracker that I would be double debited so I did not need a disrespectful boy calling to tell me something I have already agreed to. The quickest way to lose clients is to treat your current ones like trash. The Tracker Connect team should keep in mind that it takes one terrible review to collapse the entire company.
