Terrible and ************* Service Provider

One of the worst Service providers to deal with, firstly they do not explain to you what thier product is offering and what they will charge you over and above the basic charge. You end-up payingmore than you signed up for. Secondly, If your profile was created with a wrong email address for example, then you correct it and it displays on your profile, still when you try to send your self tracking reports, installation certificates etc they are sent to the wrong email add. Last but not least you request cancelation still you don't get any notifications via sms or email. Experience with them past 5 months has been terrible.
