Terrible admin & customer service

Over 3 years ago I wrote my car off. I phoned and emailed confirmation of cancellation of the Tracker account as the car had been written off.<br> <br> Every few months Tracker emails me an invoice for the amount I owe. Never a personal note or even a greeting in the email and never a response to the fact that I cancelled this years ago.<br> <br> I would not recommend Tracker to anyone, I feel they do not provide a service and would like to just get monies debited from people for a system which probably doesnt cost more than R50 to install.<br> <br> Their service is shocking as no matter how many times I try explain and ask them to search their records their answer is...\ you owe us this money"<br> I am apalled and most definitely not "
