Terrible accountability from Tracker after installation caused wiring issues on my car.

Literally within a few days of having a tracking device installed on my car, the window electricals fail. Technician who installed the device says it's not his fault. I took the car to the dealership to assess, they tell me it is electrical wiring inside the door panels. They went ahead and fixed the problem. Tracker refuses to pay for the damage because "I did not inform them" even though I informed the technician. They also claim this is not caused by the installation even though it occured a few days after the tracking device was installed, and the same door that has problems was stripped. This is utter and pure nonsense on Tracker. To dismiss this and complain that I did not inform them.
