Telephonists need good bedside manner.

I got a phone call from a very unfriendly operator wanting to speak to my employer, I asked where they were calling from and they said "it is private and confidential". I was a bit more forceful and they eventually told me Tracker. I told them the reason they could not speak to my employer and they said "ok " and hung up. Maybe you need to find some telephonists who have much better bedside manners, we have gone through a huge tragedy and all the other companies that have phoned have been very sympathetic and have asked who they can contact instead. It really makes a huge difference to a company if they have pleasant employees on the other end of the line.
