Taking money unauthoried

I had tracker for mire than 5years on one of my cars, month end of January i called them to cancell my contract because i sold the car! They told me because im now on a month to month basis i must give them one month notice which i had no problem with!my account was debited on the 23/02 2029 again debited month end of march and now month end of April , i cant reverse the amount at the bank because they combined all my premiums if two cars even the one im still covered! Si you cant send the debit back unpaid as two cars premiums are combined! Spaying for may! I wrote them an email communicating with Nhlakanipho who was asking me a lit of things including that i must send him a copy of my id, which surprised me! I said to him i gave you all my particulars i see no reason to send my id, all what you need is my letter as you have my name surname car reg and email address! He later send me a cancellation letter! Now i asked him about the amounts they took from me whilst the car is sold, he vanished into thin air! it tells me that there was no testing of the unit during February, march and April because they could have realized that the registration where the unit is , is different!
