Taking Money from a Pensioner for a Car SOLD a year ago

I am rather shocked and annoyed at Tracker, my mother had tracker in her previous vehicle. When the vehicle was sold, Tracker were notified. They informed her that it could not be moved from one vehicle to another. We were under the impression that Tracker removed the device. After looking at her bank statement we found that Tracker has been deducting money from her bank account for the past year. She is on pension, and doesn’t get much in terms of pension money, and yet Tracker are taking a sum of that from her. Even after calls have been made to Tracker regarding this, they have a don’t care attitude and refuse to cancel the account. As far as I am concerned this shows lack of any service and ethics. She is 70 years old, recently widowed, and Tracker thinks it is ok to treat a person in this manner? I want Tracker to contact me in this regards, and to try and explain how they think this is acceptable. I also was the past year deductions refunded to her, as I believe that these debit orders have been ********!

We are still waiting for the signed paperwork, because as per the telephone conversation you said that she had a 3 year contract? Well the tracker was installed in her old car 3 years ago - 2014? Doesnt make sense. You have not provided us with the paperwork. Also please explain how she owes R800 from R1200, with payments of R140 per month, the R1200 being a settlement from a year ago? Nothing you said today makes sense and the SIGN contract and confirmation is due. Best you communicate electronically as you have promised, and not honoured. I want a FULL statement, the signed contract, etc. I require for further action.
