The lady who signed me up was really good and I can't believe I referred my own mother to a nonsense company like this. It's pathetic.

1. No one ever called me to follow up or give me an appointment date after I spoke to the sales lady.

2. Sales lady kept harassing my mother pushing her to buy products she wasn't interested in buying. For her, they even refused when I recommended she pays for the device once-off as I did.

3. I went to fit smash and grab after a week of not hearing from Tracker Connect. When I got there, the lady at the Smash and Grab company say she could I assist. I left my details in the morning and I was called back in the afternoon with an installation date (nothing to do with Tracker Connect)

4. I told Tracker that my name was incorrect and that the vehicle registration was going to change and to this date, the vehicle registration is still from the previous owner and I'm being referred to by some name I don't even know (after numerous emails).

5. You can't switch off "Tracker Connect" once you enable it, meaning you're f*cked and you will pay for SMS and push notifications.

It makes you wonder if they'll even be able to get your car back after it's ******/hijacked. I'm glad I'm on a month-to-month arrangement, I can't wait to cancel.
