System not working.

I have installed a system from tracker. For over a year i didnt test it. Ive logged on their website and opted for a call back since I've been on hold with their rude staff for quite a while. For the past 2 weeks ive been waiting for someone to call me but no one did. I called them this morning and got through. I requested to test my system. I am still waiting for the PIN and the sms to tell me where my car is. I'm now so convinced that this system is not working. We are fed all kind of lies trying to push the sales for nothing. I want nothing to do with them.
