SUPER ANNOYED & ANGRY CLIENT !!!!
more than 11 emails sent in one day without any assistance. when calling the phone just wrings. is this company still in business or are they just taking my money and not providing a service? wen I called a gent from the scheduling department heard my frustration and decided to assist me, then I requested a supervisor, and no one was available from the product support team, the info mail box is not being responded to. I think management needs to give me a call. this is the 2nd time tracker has dropped the ball from their part after clear comms was provided from my end.
I want a call after 15:30 today else I cancel my account and move to mix telematics.
