Struggle to cancel subscription

I have been trying to cancel my tracker subscription since January (since i was involved in an accident and the car was written off). I tried looking for an email address, but couldnt find one on their website or on my invoice. I then proceeded to follow the process on their website where you fill in your details and they will contact you. I wss not aware that it will give a confirmation that your request was submitted successfully, so when it didnt tell me it was unsuccesfull, i assumed it was sent through. Only when i called them now, i was informed i should have recieved a confirmation and that i will still have to pay for march since i need to give a months notice.

So in short, i will now be paying for the 3rd month on a car that doesnt even exist anymore, all because there website is faulty.
