STILL USELESS! PROMISED TO "ESCALATE" & GET BACK TO ME. HAVE YOU HEARD FROM THEM?

Tracker phoned me in response to my complaint. The consultant knew nothing about my complaint, and did not find any of my correspondence or phone calls from October, November and December 2023. I have repeatedly asked Tracker to cancel the account but they continue to issue invoices and deduct the debit order from the company's bank account.
