still awaiting recording to date
<p>Good day. Despite my several attempts to receive the recording which am still awaiting to date. Is it possible for Tracker to send the recording here? Am tired of waiting.</p>

We confirm that your complaint has been investigated and our findings indicate that the call was sent to you on numerous occasions.
· On 3 March 2014 the contracting call was sent via email to your work email address.
· On 19 June 2015 the contracting call was sent via email to your work email address.
· On 19 August 2015 we called you and played the contracting call over the phone in order for you to listen to it
· On 6 October 2015 we sent the contracting call via email to your work email address and your Gmail email address.
· On 4 May 2016 we sent the contracting call via email to your Gmail email address
· On 9 May 2016 the contracting call was sent to the alternative Gmail email address you provided us with.
You are most welcome to visit our offices should you want to listen to the call again.
